Not at all — most recipes here use things you already have. We'll suggest upgrades if they're worth it, but nothing's essential.

Absolutely. Many recipes work beautifully with plant-based swaps, gluten-free flours, and reduced sugar. We're happy to adapt any dessert or baking project to suit you.
