When you pre-order a cake we'll hold your slot and bake it fresh for your date. If your plans change, tell us as soon as you can so we can adjust our baking schedule. We may release a slot if you don't get in touch before we're due to start.
Our menu, recipes and prices reflect the seasons and what's fresh. Ingredients shift and so do what we can offer; if something you've ordered isn't available, we'll suggest the best alternative we have.
Custom cakes and special bakes need a few days' notice and we typically ask for a deposit. If you need to cancel, get in touch right away and we'll work with you as generously as we can.
Feel free to browse and share our recipes and posts. Please don't use our photography, content or branding for commercial purposes without asking us first—we've worked hard on every post.
We pour real care into every recipe we test, every cake we bake and every word on this site, but we can't guarantee the website will always run perfectly or without occasional glitches. If you spot something wrong, let us know and we'll fix it.
